Offers: free estimates, financing and a thank-you to those who serve

Three offers, stated plainly. Your roofing estimate is free. Veterans, first responders and nurses can ask for a thank-you discount. And you can apply for roof financing through Enhancify. This page lists no amounts and no deadlines, so ask about any of them when you request your estimate.

  • Free estimates

A written estimate costs you nothing, whether you start online or by phone. It shows what your roof needs and what the job would cost before you decide anything.

How to use it: Request it through the quote form or call 407-242-2840.

  • Discounts for veterans, first responders and nurses

If you are a veteran, a first responder or a nurse, ask about the discount when you request your estimate.

How to use it: Tick the discount box in the quote form, or mention it on the phone, and ask to see the discount on your written estimate.

  • Financing through Enhancify

Enhancify is an online financing marketplace. You apply on its page for South Fork Roofing and see offers from its lending partners.

How to use it: Open the Enhancify page from the button on this card. Any loan is between you and the lender, and the lender sets the terms.

How it works

How to use an offer

Every offer starts the same way, with an estimate request. Answer the questions in the quote form or call 407-242-2840.

To use the discount for veterans, first responders and nurses, tick the box that says so in the form, or mention it on the phone. Then ask for it to appear as its own line on your written estimate.

For financing, get the estimate first so you know the amount, then apply on Enhancify's page. How financing works covers each step.

There is no countdown and no offer code. Ask your questions, and get the answers in writing with your estimate.

Questions

Questions about these offers

Is the roof estimate really free?

Yes. Asking for one costs nothing and does not commit you to anything. Use it to compare like with like. For a Florida re-roof, a useful estimate says how the deck will be checked and re-nailed where the code calls for it, which secondary water barrier goes under the new covering, and whether the drip edge and flashing are new. The residential code covers each of those (FBCR R908.7 and R905.2.8.5).

How much is the discount for veterans, first responders and nurses?

This site does not publish an amount or a percentage, and there is no end date or countdown. Ask about the discount when you request your estimate: tick the box in the quote form or mention it when you call 407-242-2840. Then ask for the discount to show as its own line on your written estimate, so you can see exactly what it is worth before you sign anything.

How does financing fit with my estimate?

Get the written estimate first, so you know the amount and what the job includes. Then decide whether to apply on Enhancify's page for South Fork Roofing, an online marketplace where its lending partners make the offers. Any loan is a contract between you and the lender, and the lender sets the terms, so read the whole offer before you accept it. The financing page walks through each step.
