Financing
Roof financing through Enhancify
You can apply to finance a new roof through Enhancify, an online financing marketplace South Fork Roofing works with. You apply on Enhancify's page for South Fork Roofing and compare offers from its lending partners. The lender, not the roofer, sets the terms, so get your written estimate first and read any offer before you accept it.

How it works
How financing through Enhancify works
There are four steps, and only the first one runs through South Fork Roofing. The application, the offers and the loan itself are between you, Enhancify and the lender.
- 01
Get your estimate
Ask for a written estimate first, online or at 407-242-2840, so you know the amount and the scope of the job before you look at any loan.
- 02
Apply on Enhancify's page
Enhancify is an online financing marketplace with a page for South Fork Roofing. You fill in the application there, not on this site.
- 03
Compare the offers
You see the offers Enhancify's lending partners make. Each lender sets the terms of its own offer.
- 04
Decide
Accepting an offer is a separate step, taken with that lender. You can also decide not to take any of them.
Opens Enhancify’s site in a new tab.
Your estimate
Financing and your estimate
Start with the estimate. It puts a number on the job and spells out what the job includes, and that is what any loan would pay for. With it in hand, you can weigh an offer against your savings or any other way you might pay.
The estimate and the financing are separate things. You can get an estimate without applying, and nothing you see on Enhancify's page changes what the estimate says.
Roofs can hold surprises. If rotten decking turns up after the tear-off, the job and the amount you need can grow. Ask how that would be handled, in writing, before you sign either the roofing contract or a loan.
Before you accept
Reading any loan offer
These points apply to any financing offer, from any lender:
- Read every page of the offer before you accept it, not only the summary.
- Look at the total you would repay over the whole loan, not just the size of each payment.
- Ask whether there is a fee for paying the loan off early.
- Check whether the loan is secured by your home.
- Make sure the loan amount matches your written estimate.
- Keep a copy of everything you sign, and know who to call at the lender with questions.
If any part of an offer is unclear, ask the lender before you accept. Questions about the roof itself go to South Fork Roofing at 407-242-2840.
Other ways to pay
Other ways Floridians pay for a roof
My Safe Florida Home
Florida law set up the My Safe Florida Home program inside the Department of Financial Services (Fla. Stat. 215.5586). It offers wind inspections for site-built, owner-occupied single-family homes with a homestead exemption. Its matching grants, which come with conditions such as a pre-2008 build date, can go toward roof-deck attachment, a secondary water barrier, roof-to-wall connections and a new roof covering.
The statute says the program creates no entitlement, and whether it was taking applications when this page was written could not be confirmed. Check the current status at mysafeflhome.com before you plan around a grant.
Insurance
Whether a policy pays for any roof work depends on the policy and on what caused the damage, and only your insurer or agent can answer that. Florida law also bars a roofer from interpreting your policy or advising you on coverage unless it holds a public adjuster license (Fla. Stat. 489.147).
The same statute bars a roofer from offering anything of value, a deductible waiver included, for letting it inspect your roof or for making a claim. Every residential roof contract has to carry a notice saying so.
Savings or a loan you arrange
You can also pay from savings or with a loan you arrange through your own bank or credit union. Whichever way you go, the written estimate is the number to compare against.
Questions
Questions about paying for a roof
Can I finance a new roof?
You can apply. South Fork Roofing's financing partner is Enhancify, an online financing marketplace, and its page for South Fork Roofing is where the application lives. You see the offers its lending partners make, and the lender behind each offer decides its terms, so nothing about the loan is set by the roofer. Get your written estimate first, then hold any offer up against it before you accept.

Is there a Florida program that helps pay for a new roof?
One state program is worth knowing: My Safe Florida Home, created by Fla. Stat. 215.5586 and run by the Department of Financial Services. It offers wind inspections of eligible homes and matching grants toward upgrades that can include roof-deck attachment, secondary water resistance, roof-to-wall connections and a new roof covering. The grants carry conditions, including a homestead exemption and a home built before 2008, and the statute says the program creates no entitlement. Whether it was accepting applications on October 5, 2026 could not be confirmed, so check mysafeflhome.com first.

Can I get my roof replaced for free in Florida?
Not through any state program that promises one. My Safe Florida Home grants are matching grants, so the homeowner pays a share, and the law behind them says they are not an entitlement (Fla. Stat. 215.5586). Insurance is a separate matter: whether your policy pays for roof work depends on the policy and the cause of the damage, and only your insurer or agent can tell you. Be wary of a pitch built on a no-cost roof, because Florida law bars roofers from offering gifts, rebates or deductible waivers in exchange for an inspection or a claim (Fla. Stat. 489.147).

Can a roofer pay or waive my insurance deductible?
No. Under Fla. Stat. 489.147, a roofing contractor may not offer a rebate, gift, gift card, cash, coupon, deductible waiver or anything else of value in exchange for letting it inspect your roof or for making a roof insurance claim. Every contract to repair or replace the roof on a Florida home has to carry a notice that says this, and an owner whose contract lacks it may void the contract within 10 days. Questions about your deductible itself go to your insurer or agent.
